“First of all Lewis listened to my concerns thoroughly before testing my hearing. Afterwards, the technical tests were administered much more thoroughly than I had experienced previously (with another competitor). Finally, having made a recommendation, I was guided, step-by-step, on testing the device (set-up and options) so I was able to decide (over several weeks) what really was right for me. Like many others approaching hearing aids for the first time, this was a major decision. It was as much about the quality of support (before and ongoing) as the technology itself. Having such a broad range of devices and this level of service, my hearing is now greatly improved. Although I am an intermediate french speaker, an added bonus was his fluent english and french, which helped when we got down to detailed discussion. I would recommend Lewis to anyone seeking help with their hearing.”
